NextCV provides online tools for creating, editing, and exporting professional resumes. Our services include a local-first resume editor, ATS-optimized templates, PDF export functionality, and AI-assisted content suggestions for subscribed users.

While we provide the tools to build a highly optimized resume, we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific job offers resulting from the use of our documents.

Free Plan: NextCV offers a free tier that allows users to create and edit resumes using local browser storage and basic templates.

Pro Subscriptions: Advanced features such as cloud storage synchronization, premium templates, Recruiter Scan, and AI generation tools require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

• Subscription Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually depending on your selection) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard. Your access to Pro features will confidently continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

You agree not to use NextCV to:

• Upload false, misleading, or illegal information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or compromise the integrity of our software.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the text, data, and personal information you enter into your resumes. We claim absolutely no ownership over your career history or generated files.

Our Platform: NextCV, its templates, designs, logos, software code, and AI algorithms are the exclusive property of NextCV and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use these tools to create your personal resume.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextCV provides the service "as is" and "as available". We make no distinct warranties regarding the accuracy of AI suggestions or the success of your job applications. In no event shall NextCV be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be exclusively handled by the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
