- Autosave — Your progress is saved automatically as you type. No manual save needed.
- Template switching — Change templates anytime from the editor. Your content is preserved.

Templates
NextCV offers free and Pro templates. Every template is tested against common applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure your CV parses correctly.
Switching templates preserves all your content — only the visual layout changes. Pro templates are available with a paid plan.
Exporting your CV
Click the Export PDF button in the top-right corner of the editor. The PDF is generated in your browser and downloads immediately.
- Free plan: 1 PDF export (resets after 24 hours).
- Pro plan: Unlimited PDF exports.
For best results, use Chrome or Edge. Other browsers may produce slightly different formatting.
Troubleshooting
Export not downloading?
Make sure you're using Chrome or Edge. Check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups or downloads. Try disabling browser extensions temporarily.
Data seems missing?
If you're using guest mode, your data is stored in your browser. Make sure you're on the same browser and device. Incognito mode does not persist data.
Can't log in?
If using email login, check your spam folder for the magic link. The link expires after 10 minutes — request a new one if needed.
